Alpine View Retirement Village
As the development manager for the $12m-plus Communal Centre including 42 apartments plus one and two-bed serviced apartments at this luxury lifestyle village for the elderly, Trinity provided all quantity surveying and project management services and worked on a tendered construction basis.
The centre houses two large lounges, an atrium with skylight, reception area, medical centre, restaurant, library, hairdressing salon, café, bar, movie theatre, chapel, indoor heated swimming pool and spa.
