Trinity managed the design, procurement and delivery for these $22m, two 4 Star Green Buildings, featuring four upper floors and basement car park.
This mixed-use project, located at 142-148 Victoria Street in Christchurch combined premium office and retail spaces in a campus-style setting with a courtyard in the middle and pedestrian-friendly frontage to Victoria Street alongside a single-storey retail/restaurant building.
This landmark development was the first in Christchurch to meet environmental BASE qualification for energy design.
