Our story
Directors Wayne Foley and Roy van Leeuwen have been working together in previous development roles since 1990 as QS and construction manager (Roy) and construction project manager and premium residential villas developer (Wayne). They merged their interests and complementary skills to form Trinity in 2012.
The idea behind Trinity was a one-stop shop for all aspects of the feasibility, development, design, procurement, pricing and construction process - an end-to-end approach rather than having multiple separate, and potentially conflicting, consultants working on the one project.
As a business, Trinity stands apart because of its invaluable commercial insights and established business relationships, thorough knowledge of the project management and construction process and a focus on delivering quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.

Wayne Foley
Initially trained as an accountant, Wayne has now spent almost 30 years developing and managing the construction of landmark commercial and residential properties in Queenstown and Christchurch.
He has unparalleled skills in successfully delivering projects from feasibility process through to building handover, with extensive knowledge of contract management & strong governance skills.
Roy van Leeuwen
Roy’s depth of experience gained over 30 years in the construction and contracting industry includes directing his own and co-directing companies for more than a decade.
Starting as a carpenter, he was a senior construction manager with one of New Zealand’s top five companies before joining Trinity and is a member of NZ Quantity Surveyors.
