Trinity Construction + Projects is an award-winning residential builder based in Queenstown, specialising in high-end, architecturally designed homes. We work closely with clients, architects and consultants across Queenstown, Arrowtown and the Wakatipu Basin – from early feasibility and budgeting through procurement and construction.

Founded by Wayne Foley in 2012, Trinity brings decades of construction and project-management experience to complex residential builds. Our team combines practical building expertise, trusted local relationships and hands-on project coordination to bring each home to life. In 2026, our Tucker Beach project received six Registered Master Builders House of the Year awards, including Southern Supreme House of the Year.
